You can, at any time, practise your rights regarding the treatment of the personal data towards the company in charge for this treatment, as written in the section 7 of the Legislative Decree no.196/2003. According to this section of the Legislative Decree the guest has the right to:
1. obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data relating to him/her, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. obtain information about:
a) the source of the personal data;
b) the purposes and the manners of the treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic means;
d) the identification details of the data controller, processors and designated representatives;
e) the entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may get to know such data in their capacity as the designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing;
3. obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, completion of the data;
b) the erasure, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of any data processed unlawfully, including those data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the certification that the aforesaid operations have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom the data were communicated or released, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right that is to be protected;
4. object, in whole or in part, on legitimate ground:
