This prestigious apartment is the ideal starting point to visit the city: all the major artistical and cultural sites of Venice are reachable in few minutes; St. Mark's Square, where you can admire architectural masterpieces as the Basilica and the Palazzo Ducale, the Rialto Bridge, a symbol of Venice; the Academia Gallery, where the works of art of famous artists are kept; the Palazzo Grassi, in which, periodically, art's exibitions take place. Very close to the apartment you have the famous Calle Larga XXII Marzo and the ancient Mercerie: a real paradise for shoppers who will find the luxury griffes of Italian and International fashion. Located on the second floor, without lift, of a historical venetian Palace, this apartment is facing on a small courtyard and a typical canal, where gondolas are passing by. The spacious entrance, with venetian marble pavement and beamed ceiling, leads you to the large living room and the dining room, with their wide windows and the original ceiling. In this room there are a long table for eight people, sofa, two armchairs and a chaise-long.
