The Apartment was built in a historical site, famous to be one of the main place where elegant Asiatic Fabrics, for the venetian Doges and Noble Families, were dyeing during the Serenissima Venetian Republic (Italian name: Antiche Chiovere of San Girolamo). Situated in the Cannaregio district, 5 minute walking distance from Guglie Public Boat Station, 10 minutes from the Railway Station and Piazzale Roma (Bus Terminal), in a area full of little grocery shops, fresh markets and nice Restaurants. In this special historical frame, it was built an original modern and vanguard building, with seven spacious and sunny apartments, all located to the ground floor. They are unique for their large windows, internal stone floors, beamed ceilings, electrical skylights, air conditioning, with floors heating system, satellite TV. Futurismo 5 has a long corridor with two large mirrors. From the corridor you can enter into the double bedroom, the single bedroom and the bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. The large living room, with two large windows with canal view, is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a round table with four chairs, a TV and a kitchenette. The kitchenette, contained in a wooden piece of furniture that can be closed, consists of two electrical hobs, a refrigerator and a microwave oven. All the rooms have sky lights with electrical commands for opening and closing both the sky light windows and the blinds. The apartment has air conditioning an video entry phone. The furnishing details, the ornaments and the pictures are mostly black and white and gives the apartment a modern and minimalist touch.
