Full Description

Charming and welcoming apartment on the two top floors of a building close to Campo S. Maria Formosa, ten minutes from the S. Mark’s Square and from the Rialto Bridge - a perfect location for starting discovering the most famous Venetian monuments. The recently renovated apartment is bright and furnished in Venetian style, with particular attention to the details and with small ornaments and paintings that give the apartment a characteristic atmosphere. From the entrance corridor a door brings you to the double bedroom, furnished in a red range of colours. Another door leads you to the bathroom, with white and green tiles and equipped with a shower box and a hair dryer. On the other side the live-in kitchen is situated; well-equipped with four gas hobs, electrical oven, a large fridge with freezer-compartment, toaster and washing machine. Moreover there is a large wooden table for six people, a dresser and a television. Next to the kitchen there is a small living room with two large windows and a sofa bed. From the corridor a flight of stairs leads to the attic storey, where a small single bedroom is situated. From here other stairs lead to the roof terrace which offers a terrific view of the Venetian roofs and of the Basilica Santi Giovanni e Paolo. A table and some chairs give you the possibility of taking an aperitif enjoying the breeze over the roof tops.
