Full Description

Nice 100 m² apartment, situated in a peaceful area only 5 minutes away from the San Stae Boat Stop and not far from Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. To enter the apartment you cross a beautiful garden to arrive to the main entrance. Climbing just one flight of stair you enter in the elegant living room, accurately furnished, including sofa, a big antique wooden drawer chest, particular small tables and a television. From the living room, through a typical Venetian corridor leads you into an ample kitchen/dining room with a kitchen equipment (gas stove, small oven, etc.) designed like a fire place. The kitchen is provided with a double sink, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and cupboards; in addition, there is an antique furniture piece dating back to the 1800s. Going up two steps you find the two bathrooms in white porcelain (lightly lower ceiling): the first one with a shower and the second one with a bathtub. The apartment has two bedrooms, one facing the other and each one furnished with two single beds (or 1 queen size bed). Bedside tables, desk and antique wardrobes are completing the bedrooms furniture. The entire apartment flooring is in parquet, except for the bathrooms, which have tiled floors.
