Elegant apartment located in the zone of Dorsoduro just a few minutes from Academia’s bridge, and a few steps from Ca’ Rezzonico palace, it is situated in a typical Venetian palace facing the Grand Canal, with its own private pier. From the entrance of the apartment, on your left you can enter the bright living room (as it is facing the Grand Canal).The room has a double sofa bed and a TV. On the right, passing through a corridor, you arrive in the living room which is divided by a wall from the kitchen furnished with a refrigerator, a small washing machine and a small oven. The doubleroom is furnished with classic style. The bathroom has a washing machine and a bath tub.
