Elegant apartment of about 120 sq. metres situated on the second and third floor of a completely restored Venetian building located near the vaporetto stop of S. Marcuola, a few steps away from Strada Nova, heart of the characteristic neighbourhood of Cannaregio. Here you can find every kind of shops and a daily fruit and vegetable market. The apartment is on two levels (plus a little mansard open space room): the first level consists in a large and sunny living area, Venetian floor, which includes an American kitchen. The kitchen is provided with three gas hobs plus an electric one, fan, fridge with little freezer. Marble Dining table makes an L shape around the kitchen appliances and furniture. The living-room is furnished in classical style with chest, bureau and chest of drawers made of inlaid wood; further touches of elegance are given by the beamed ceiling, by the huge brick fire-place, by the brass and glass leaf-sized lamps and by the delicate card-table that is in the middle of the room. In addiction to all these, we have two armchairs, hi-fi and television with remote control. The sleeping area is upstairs; on the landing there is an antique writing-desk. There are two bedrooms: one double and a twin bedroom. Few wooden steps open in a mezzanine mansard room with a comfortable matrimonial matress on the floor (preferably used by children). From the mansard window you can see the Canal Grande. The bathroom, of pink marble, has got a little tub with handy shower and a washing-machine.
