Full Description

Apartment of 75 sq. metres situated on the second floor of a restored building located in the quiet and central zone of Dorsoduro. The building faces Campo dell' Angelo Raffaele and the back side of the Church of San Sebastiano. In a few minutes it is possible to reach Piazzale Roma, the Accademia and the Fondamenta delle Zattere, famous promenade along a sunny bank with a beautiful sight of the Giudecca's Canal. All floors are in Venetian marble, except for the bathroom floor which is made of ceramic tiles. The apartment consists of an entrance of 8 sq. metres (with a shoe rack), a kitchen of 10 sq. metres (on the left) furnished with a traditional oven, four gas hobs, a microwave, a fridge and freezer. On the right side of the corridor there is a living-room of 10.5 sq. metres furnished with a three-seats sofa (which becomes a single bed), a small table and book shelves with TV and remote control. There are two bedrooms with a queen size bed (with the possibility to separate them) of 16 sq. metres each, with a three-door wardrobe, night tables and writing desk. The bathroom of 6 sq. metres has shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
