Apartment of 75 sq. metres situated on the first floor of a restored building located in the quiet and central zone of Dorsoduro. Independent entrance. The building faces Campo dell' Angelo Raffaele and the back side of the Church of San Sebastiano. In a few minutes it is possible to reach Piazzale Roma, the Accademia and the Fondamenta delle Zattere, famous promenade along a sunny bank with a beautiful sight of the Giudecca's Canal. All floors are in Venetian marble, except for the bathrooms' floors which are made of ceramic tiles.
